They were a bit busy when I arrived, but the staff were quickly filling orders, so I didnt have to wait too long! I got the chicken tenders combo. “ I was very pleased with the staff and friendliness of the restaurant, they all seem to work good together, and made my food and was concerned about my wait and getting my order correct. They did a good job and didnt have to do any returns or any complaints with the food. Katia was very sweet and patient at the drivethru and processed my order correctly and properly and I was well pleased with how she interacted with me and got my order out to me. I went back inside to order some pies and Carter and Kev were very accommodating and make sure I was well taken care of while I waited for them to cook. That was my experience with all three of the workers there, in the inside was very clean and well organized. The staff seem to all work very well together and they have plenty of stock and good looking chicken. The food was tasty and flavorful as well. ”

Even though we arrived within an hour of closing, the staff treated us with warmth and professionalism, ensuring our dining experience was pleasant from start to finish. “ This is the first time i have eaten at our Danville Popeyes and I will have to say the store manager Mark was very patient and helpful when it came to helping my mother with our order. My mother cannot eat food that is too hot and spicy. Yes, we understand that we are in a restaurant built on Cajun chicken. However, she still wanted to order something from the menu. She wanted wings but Mark had advised her that they may be too spicy for her. So Mark gave her a wing to try. Simple, but the customer service from Mark was awesome. Made us feel welcomed. I believe he said he was the new store manager if i heard him correctly, so I hope he keeps that store in line. Thanks Mark, my mother and I appreciate it. ”
